Director, screenwriter, editor and human being gender. He studied screenwriting and editing at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, only to emigrate and apply his skills in the UK selling popcorn in a multiplex. After a few trips around the globe, with more or less related jobs, he settled in Lisbon to work as a full-time screenwriter. After a few years, and hundreds of episodes written, he decided to become precarious and pursue more personal projects. In recent years, after gaining a master’s degree in Photography and Documentary Cinema at ESMAD, he has been more involved in documentary filmmaking, having directed, written and edited several films in this vein. He currently lives in O’Porto and still firmly considers himself a person, despite occasional doubts about being human.
